The Oak Framed Building Planning Service
If you would like us to handle your planning application for you, we can do this on a "desktop" basis. This would apply to simple detached buildings up to 4 bays.
We will complete and submit all relevant forms (including full drawings, site plans and design & access statement) and liaise on your behalf with the Planners until a decision has been made.
Our normal charge for this service is £300 +VAT. But for a limited period this service is FREE,
within the counties of Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Wiltshire and Kent.
The Local Authorities levy a Planning Application non-refundable fee currently £150 inc. VAT.
This service does not apply to listed properties or others where special planning considerations apply.
Larger buildings or complex bespoke designs are priced on an individual basis.
