Estimate

Once the outline design is agreed, we are able to produce an estimate for the Oak frame and associated elements of your project.  This will include a detailed specification of the Oak, softwood and any sundry items included. This is particularly useful to understand exactly what has been included for in the estimate when considering the quality of Oak framed building you are being quoted for.

Upon receiving your estimate you may wish to discuss your requirements further with our sales team to finalise any outstanding details and achieve a design you are happy with.

Only once the estimate has been developed to a stage where the final design and price has been produced, would we draw a line under the estimating process by sending you a Formal Quotation.
