Mill, Joinery and Delivery

Once the site survey has been interpreted onto the construction drawings, our experienced sawyers carefully select the Oak for each particular project taking into account the role within the building that each particular element must perform.

Our carpenters ensure that the Oak building is crafted in such a way that the Oak frame utilises the natural properties of the timber. Any curves or nuances in the material are harnessed in such a way as to add strength and character to the building.

After the Oak frame has been skilfully crafted, it is cleaned to remove the the black saw marks caused by the acid in the oak reacting with the steel saw blades. The building is then bound and packed ready for delivery.

The building will be delivered at a pre-arranged time convenient to the client.
