What will be delivered:

The kit includes a fully joinered Oak frame with free issue lengths of softwood, including all necessary specialist fixings. These include stainless steel nails to the frame, rafters and studwork and the frame fixings to secure the sole plate to brickwork.

Also included in the kit are a full set of drawings with comprehensive fitting instructions, standard construction details and a delivery check sheet.


Standard fixings are not included in the kit., i.e. galvanised nails to fix softwood to softwood. These are used to fix cladding to studwork and the rafters to ridge.

Ground Works, Roof Tiling, Second Fix or Insulation are not part of Oak Craft at Holmsley Mill's scope of works.

*Buildings shown have 40 degree pitch to main roof with 35 degree pitch to aisle.

**Supply only prices include delivery in Berkshire, Dorset, Hampshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, West Sussex and Wiltshire to sites with clear access. Other counties P.O.A.
